Fire Sale! Two Seattle fire stations to be sold soon

Looking for a totally unique house and remodeling project in Seattle? The City of Seattle is looking to sell two old fire houses, both the Fire Station 37 in West Seattle and 38 in Ravenna/Bryant.

The homes aren’t on the market yet, and their landmark status may limit what you can do to the exterior, but the interiors are fair game for a totally unique remodeling project. King 5 reported on this last night, featuring a former firefighter who is looking to buy the West Seattle station.

Of course when they hit the market, give a holler to a findwell agent and we’d be happy to help with the purchase!

Sounds like a great project, but the conditions that must be attached to its historical status might make it difficult to find a buyer.

    Historical Status ?!

Here’s a little history, you ran your budget into the ground in the wealthiest nation is the world. And now you want to dictate to the person or people who actually managed thier money correctly to enable them to buy your rotting infrastructure.

This is par for college educated people. They drive something into the ground and then want to tell you what to do with the hole.
