Hello I am looking for a very small building lot in Seattle proper. The city counsel passed an ordinance to allow the building of backyard cottages (cam 116B ) this year. I would like to find a lot or buy a portion of lot ( a home owner's excess large lot). A strange question? I have a motor home that needs a permanent place. I would build an unenclosed structure (to code ) with a roof to cover the motor home, And a concrete pad park the Mo Ho. The Hook-ups, electric, water, sewer, and water would be supplied at my expense. The motor home would be on the road some portion of year. So a short plat might be the ticket. Thanks for your consideration. thomsetag@gmail.com
