a good reason to work for a brokerage with no commission split or a very small commission split.

some brokerages have very high overhead from print advertisting (newspaper). newspaper advertising is dead and a waste of $$.

Point well made. But I think your math is off. You said Brokerage B has 50 Agents and sell 5 houses/yr… that’s only 250 sales/yr.
