&lt;p&gt;Not exactly true. RE/MAX, Realtor&#174;, and a few other national brokerages have provided national access to the data. Zillow does not provide more data from the MLS than RE/MAX. Zillow limited to the data fields in the IDX just like every one else.&lt;/p&gt;
