The name connected me to this post.</p> <p>While dropping the kids off at school this morning I noticed that over the week end a flipper house in my neighborhood came on the market. The people are desperate to sell, but have had it rented this past year. </p> <p>The sign is out, but the grass hasn't been cut in months and the front could use a hosing down.
